Identifying Information
When you register for Divappi services, we collect standard identifiers including your full name, email address, and business affiliation. For enterprise clients in our Fin-Tech division, we also require verification documents to comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations mandated by UK financial authorities.
During the holiday campaign period (November 1st - January 31st, 2026), subscription processing requires valid payment credentials. We utilize tokenized payment gateways and never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
Behavioral Telemetry
Our pixel-space aesthetic interface generates click-stream data to optimize user experience. This includes heatmap generation, session duration, and feature interaction frequency. This data is anonymized and aggregated, stripped of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before analysis.
02. Analytics & Processing
Automated Processing
Divappi employs algorithmic processing to personalize your dashboard view and recommendation engine. These algorithms analyze your interaction history with our Fin-Tech simulators and portfolio management tools to suggest relevant financial instruments or workflow optimizations.
Important: You have the right to opt-out of automated profiling. Navigate to your Account Settings > Privacy Controls > "Disable Automated Suggestions" to exercise this right. Note that disabling this feature may reduce the personalization of your workspace.

Request a complete export of all data associated with your account in JSON or CSV format. Typically delivered within 48 hours.
Right to Deletion
Full account erasure. Irreversible. Includes removal from backups within 30 days.
Rectification
Correct inaccurate personal data via the profile editing interface instantly.
Portability
Migrate your data structure to a competing service provider seamlessly.
